Wee Corsee Deposits & Payments
We will email you to confirm your booking and hold the dates for 24 hours. You will need to pay a £100.00 deposit (if booking is further than 8 weeks away) or the total fee (if booking is less than 8 weeks away) to secure the booking. If you have paid a £100.00 deposit, we will email you an invoice for the remainder 8 weeks before you are due to arrive. If you do not pay the remaining balance when due, we will assume that you are cancelling your booking and the cancellation terms, below, will apply. We also require a refundable excess fee of £ 100.00 which is returned less then one week after you quit the apartment (less any damages or breakages).
Corsee House Deposit and Payments
We will confirm the booking by email and kindly request you advance the first night’s payment as a deposit on your stay.
Cancellations 8 weeks prior to the booking date will result in a total refund. If you have to cancel within 8 weeks of your booking no refund is due. Holiday cancellation insurance should be taken out to cover forced cancellations. Cancellations must be notified immediately by telephone. We will endeavour to re-
In the unlikely event that it is necessary for us to cancel your booking we will either a) try to arrange a new date for you or b) issue a full refund of payments made. We are unable to accept liability for consequential losses and suggest you take out travel insurance to cover this.
Check in is from 4pm on the arrival day. Check out is by 10.00am on departure day. If you are leaving earlier than 10am please advise – much appreciated.
We can accommodate one dog at an additional cost in Wee Corsee. Please contact us for details.
We reserve the right to amend our tariff without notice. We would recommend that you arrange cancellation insurance.
No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors or any person living or working at Wee Corsee or Corsee House for any loss, damage or injury to person or property (including cars, accessories or contents) whilst within the confines of Wee Corsee or Corsee House, or any illness arising from any cause whatsoever.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by guests.
Personal data is requested by our online booking agencies if you wish to make a reservation. It will be used to contact you about your booking.
Local Suppliers and Producers are used predominantly – thus reducing transport costs, increasing freshness and quality. This reenforces our wish to Keep It Local.
Breakfasts are cooked to order therefore reducing waste.
Packaging is recycled.
Corsee House was refurbished and Wee Corsee newly built to include modern insulation, double glazing and all Building regulated conditions to reduce waste of energy.
Low energy light bulbs.
We kindly remind guests to help us to be environmentally friendly by turning off lights and televisions when not in use. We politely ask guests to turn heating off when out of the accommodation and not to increase to a too high temperature when in.
All Laundry is washed and pressed in-house thus reduction transport costs.
We are working towards Reusable Items for Guests.
