Deposits & Payments
We will email you to confirm your booking and hold the dates for 48 hours. You will need to pay a £100.00 deposit (if booking is further than 10 weeks away) or the total fee (if booking is less than 10 weeks away) to secure the booking. If you have paid a £100.00 deposit, we will email you an invoice for the remainder 10 weeks before you are due to arrive. If you do not pay the remaining balance when due, we will assume that you are cancelling your booking and the cancellation terms, below, will apply. We also require a refundable excess fee of £ 100.00 which is returned less then two weeks after you quit the apartment (less any damages or breakages).
Cancellations 10 weeks prior to the booking date will result in a refund, minus an admin fee of 10% of the total cost. If you have to cancel within 10 weeks of your booking no refund is due. Holiday cancellation insurance should be taken out to cover forced cancellations. Cancellations must be notified immediately by telephone. We will endeavour to re-
In the unlikely event that it is necessary for us to cancel your booking we will either a) try to arrange a new date for you or b) issue a full refund of payments made. We are unable to accept liability for consequential losses and suggest you take out travel insurance to cover this.
Check in is from 4pm on the arrival day. Check out is by 10.00am on departure day.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets
We reserve the right to amend our tariff without notice. We would recommend that you arrange cancellation insurance.
No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors or any person living or working at Wee Corsee for any loss, damage or injury to person or property (including cars, accessories or contents) whilst within the confines of Wee Corsee, or any illness arising from any cause whatsoever.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by guests.
